Here's a very rare and near mint Digitech GSP-2101 Limited Edition Studio Tube Preamp/Processor with the absolute top-of-the-line Version 3.00.00.a 'Artist' Software and 'Digitech Red' faceplate. Works flawlessly and looks and sounds AMAZING. These limited models were the very last of the GSP 2101's to be manufactured. Then, sadly, Digitech entered an era of decline with less-than-stellar offerings. Equipped with 240 programs (no upgrade card in this one), half of which are user-programmable. If you've ever tried and liked the Digitech Valve FX, you'll love the 2101.
This unit has become legendary among guitar players worldwide and is still used today by many top names in the industry. The sounds you can tweak from this unit are astounding.
When switching between the patches it can be programed to leave a delay or a reverb tail from a previous patch.
It comes with the Johnson J12 foot controller (which has seen many gigs-not by me though), much better than the Control One, but the GSP 2101 never gigged out and from a smoke-free homestudio. The user manual can be easily downloaded. Unlike the later 2112 and 2120 models, the 2101 was equipped with balanced, speaker-compensated XLR outputs for running directly to a mixing console. This machine has it all and does it all. Learn how to program it and you can produce any sound you desire, limited only by your own creativity and imagination.
The Limited Edition 2101 doesn't come up for sale that often, especially clean ones like this.
