The Korg ToneWorks 301dl Dynamic Echo is a highly versatile delay pedal from the mid-1990s Nazca-line series, housed in the same rugged metal chassis with Nazca geoglyph graphics. It provides programmable delay with advanced features that make it an essential tool for both live and studio use. The 301dl delivers up to 1 second of delay time and includes both Pre-Delay and Feedback controls for shaping the timing and number of echoes. Hi-Fi and Lo-Fi controls allow users to dial in pristine repeats or emulate the character of tape and analog echoes, while High Damp and Low Damp adjust tonal roll-off in both directions for fine-grained control over the repeats. The pedal's signature Ducking function automatically suppresses echoes while playing and restores them when notes decay, ensuring clarity in performance. With two programmable memory slots, input gain and output level switches, and robust build quality, the 301dl is designed for maximum flexibility and reliability.
Controls
Time / Predelay: Adjusts overall delay time (up to 1 second) or sets separate timing for the first echo before repeats
Feedback / Hi-Fi-Lo-Fi: Sets number of repeats, or adjusts repeat character from bright Hi-Fi to degraded Lo-Fi for analog-style textures
